"It was amazing! The people at the front desk were so friendly! They provided us with food / destination recommendations and we loved them all. I will say though, the area in the opposite direction of the station seemed to be a little off the beaten path (if you know what I mean). "We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. "I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff in the lobby, bar tenders , house keeping were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean the rooms are comfortable. Located very close to the city square and it’s in a very walkable location I did not have to get a taxi once because you can walk everywhere. Has a great area to lounge around outside and a big lobby with great drinks."

"It is super close to great shopping areas right in the heart of old town Brussels, and also close to one of the best restaurants (La Mort Subite). The rooms have A/C (it was super hot while I was there this summer) and the staff is really friendly and helpful. There's also self check-in and check-out if you prefer to DIY your hotel experience. All in all, I enjoyed the room, the location, the staff, and the cleanliness. Also, the quietness for how close it was to everything. "
