"Everything about this trip and this hotel was fantastic! The hotel, despite undergoing some renovations, was impeccable. Every single member of staff we engaged with provided the highest standard of customer service. The leisure facilities were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The booking system worked perfectly and the pool never felt overcrowded. The restaurant was incredibly good value for money and the standard of food was far beyond what you would expect from a hotel restaurant. The belly pork was one of the nicest, well balanced and impeccably cooked meals I have ever eaten. The facilities at the hotel were amazing, there were communal areas where there was colouring for children, books, board games and a football table. We could not fault it, and have already booked again. "

"Amazing stay for me and my boyfriend, staff were really friendly and even gave us a free breakfast for my birthday. Lovely touch of a balloon display and birthday card in the room too. Would definitely recommend!"

"Reception arrival was pleasant, my room was great: large double bed, good size bathroom, TV and heating. Had a fabulous hair dryer which most hotels don't provide, normally they haven't got enough power and then takes ages to dry your hair. Breakfast was wonderful, from full English to continental breakfast. The staff during breakfast service were amazing, very friendly and always topping up the breakfast stands. They have a fabulous swimming pool and gym to add. I would highly recommend to anyone who would like a comfortable stay. And it's also only a short walk from the station too. "
