"No laundry facilities although mentioned. No parking as well. Air condition is good although one of them was dripping. Shower door need fixing. Beds are comfortable. Elevator can fit 4 persons without luggage. Good location. No microwave oven or any kind of oven"

"Enjoyed my stay. Was able to walk to beach, restaurants and even walked to Old Nesebar. Not so close to the beach strip, which was nice as it was quiet and felt safe even late at night."

"The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). "Well equipped and spotless. Excellent instructions for A/C, coffee maker etc. A little noisy due to local building work and landing flight-path for Sofia Airport, but the double glazed doors/windows easily reduced the noise to tolerable levels and certainly didn't interfere with sleep."

"This is a newly renovated property and it is very clean and above normal standard for the area. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. "The room was very clean. We had a nice view of the Black Sea. Downside was that the shower drain was plugged. Didn't know how to contact anyone for help. Also didn't know where to find the entrance or office. It was around the back of the building. Nice lady there to help us find our room."

"Very nice complex. A lot of beautiful swiming pools. Nice landscaping. Not far away from Black Sea. Only our one bedroom apartment had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Light in the bathroom was very bad, not bright enough. Overall was good. Will recommend it to friends and family. "

"Gem of a property in the city centre. Very clean, modern and has all the amenities. Ironing board, iron, hair dryer and fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer. Round the corner from restaurants and other eateries and supermarkets! Amazing experience. Loved it. "

"The hotel staff was nice and solved the reservation problem immediately by giving us hotel room for one day until the booking was confirmed by Orbitz. Next day we were transferred to the Hotel apart complex which is next to the Hotel. The rooms were not 4*. The furniture and the toilet were old. They give us two additional electric heating fans because the room was very cold, but this again was not enough to heat the room. No daily cleaning of the rooms. "

"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed. "
