Welcome to the Grain d'Orge et Cornouiller cottage!
Do you want to recharge your batteries, reconnect with nature and discover the most beautiful sites in the French Ardennes? You've come to the right place!
In a green setting, in the heart of a charming little Ardennes village, our cottage is ideally located on the GR14 Ardennes trail, less than 5 km from the "La Meuse à vélo" greenway, for discoveries between the countryside and forest so rich in biodiversity, or for relaxed walks in complete safety.

Less than half an hour by car are many unmissable natural sites, remarkable towns and places of memory, and you will discover our magnificent, endearing and surprising Ardennes, land of legends and wonderful tales.

Located in our old family farm that has been completely renovated, our accommodation is designed and managed to minimize its impact on the environment, while offering optimal comfort to its visitors.
Our cottage has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

You will have the following spaces:

A ground floor accessible for a person with reduced mobility including:
- An entrance hall with cloakroom and small furniture
- A large living room of 60 m² composed of three spaces:
A comfortable living room with 3 sofas, a coffee table and board games
- A fully equipped fitted kitchen, including small appliances
- A dining area with a large table and 12 chairs (Complete and varied crockery for 12 people)
- Household linen is provided.
- The "Folles Jonquilles" room for 2 people, with a large double bed, a clothes rack and a chest of drawers, designed to accommodate visitors with reduced mobility
- A bathroom adjoining the room, with an adapted sink, a grab bar, a wet toilet, a walk-in shower with seat, a hair dryer
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, household utensils.

One floor (70 m²) served by a wide staircase including:

- A mezzanine with a library corner, a children's play area, two armchairs and a cloakroom with wardrobe
- The "En Promenade" room for 2 people, with a large double bed and a chest of drawers
- The "Vert Feuillage" room for 3 people, with a large double bed, a single bed, a screen and a cloakroom wardrobe
- The family room "Les petites mésanges" for 4 people with a large double bed, two single beds, a screen, a cloakroom wardrobe, as well as a private bathroom with shower and sink
- A bathroom with a bathtub, two sinks, a hairdryer.
- 2 separate toilets: a wet toilet and a dry toilet

A baby kit can be made available free of charge on request (bed with bed linen, changing table, bathtub, potty, bottle warmer and high chair).

For a free mind on your arrival, a quick installation and for your greatest comfort, bed linen and towels are provided and the beds are made.

Another space at your disposal: a technical room located in a building adjoining the cottage and comprising:

- A secure bicycle room, for 11 bicycles, with water point, electrical outlets and shelf for helmets and bags
- A garbage room, designed to encourage sorting
- A 200-liter display fridge, ideally complementing the fridge and freezer in the equipped kitchen.

A large enclosed garden of 1200 m² awaits you, with:

- A 40 m² terrace with garden furniture (a large table, 2 benches with backrests, chairs, stools, 6 deckchairs and 2 offset parasols)
- A large ornamental garden with trees and flowers,
- A vegetable garden where you can pick some vegetables and harvest small fruits as you wish
- Two green waste composters
- Outdoor games (Ping-Pong, pétanque, darts, etc.)
- A trunk with chair and deckchair pads
- A trunk with outdoor games
Also for you: a private parking lot on one level adjoining the cottage that can hold 4 to 6 cars
