"We found the plantation when I was looking for places to stay near Alexandria for work. I brought my little dog with me so I needed a place that is pet friendly. We were so excited to find Loyd Hall plantation. We were the only ones staying there that night. It was a very nice experience. We are planning a return trip for longer. Ms Beulah took the time to show us around the big house. She told us so many stories and facts about the house and furniture. And about the ghost stories! She was truly amazing. "

"I enjoyed the quiet halls. My room was close to the elevator and you did not hear any noise. The parking was easy and convenient. I wish the restaurants were open 24/7 but I have stayed here before and will stay again."

"The manager or host on duty was amazing! She answered all my questions and concerns. She was having technical difficulties but did not allow that to take away from her customer service attitude. It was a comfortable stay. I would recommend family to stay there when we return in May for a family graduation. Thank you so much!"
