"The staff need some hotel management education. No one seemed to know what they were doing. The dinner they had to go get somewhere else took over two and a half hours to arrive. By that time I was in bed. I wanted a glass of whisky but they would only sell me the whole bottle... just weird."

"Hotel was nice enough but extremely hard to get to. It is the rainy season in Uganda and the dirt roads were tough. Also to get to the hotel you have to climb a lot of stairs so not for anyone who has mobility issues. Final note they had removed all mosquito nets we think a bit prematurely "

"Fabulous place just watch out google maps puts it in the wrong place only a little but enough if arriving late in the dark. Service excellent have to arrange for food to be brought in for evening meal but breakfast as good as it gets"
