Each of the hotel room has a unique design, our room with canal views,bed and pillows are comfortable also staffs are friendly. Free breakfast and got a set of Delft blue ceramic coasters for souvenir too.

Hotel was in a great location in a lovely area of Amsterdam, very convenient for getting around. Staff were efficient and helpful. Free water and coffee in the lobby on arrival was much appreciated. Hotel was clean and retained some original features and character. Stairs are very steep, so not suited for people with mobility issues. There was some renovations which begun early in the morning but it didn’t bother us as we were up and out pretty early. Would stay again 🌟

Charming hotel in an excellent location. Central, but looking over a quiet stretch of canal. We walked to many of the tourist sites and also used the trams which are easy to use. The hotel has an adequate breakfast but no restaurant. The big drawback for us was the minuscule room - a “classic double”. It had a canal view, very nice, but was too small for two people. Pay more for a larger room is my advice and I wish I had done that.
