"What a beautiful area. We had a great stay here. Very comfortable bed, clean room, and snacks available. As soon as I made the reservation, I received a message from the hotel about checking in after hours. Do yourself a favor...don't wait until you're sitting in the parking lot at 9:00 pm, trying to get in, to translate the message. It all worked out, though, and we had a wonderful time. "Great Hotel, its just at the Sigmaringen Hbf so very close; also Lidl (5 mins by walking) and Kaufland is close by Burg Sigmaringen is right there too. The hotel is clean, the front desk lady very accommodating and helpful! no elevators so wooden stairs. Room is quaint and very warm with carpet so I would take off shoe before venturing further in the room. You can adjust the heat yourself (no central heating control). "Would highly recommend this hotel, it is in a wonderful location for many trekking trails in the area. The hotel itself is set back into the countryside, so it is very quiet.
