"Big, beautiful room with views of the sea. Super friendly staff. The hotel is full of charm and character. No AC, but a fan was provided. We opened the windows and were very comfortable. Large closet, sitting areas, and a large, comfortable bed. Hairdryer and other conveniences provided. We loved it here. Beach is across the street. Everything we needed in walking distance. "

"It’s in the name! A Grand hotel. The best hotel I have stayed in the uk. Greeted by a lovely gentlemen who help with our luggage and was very helpful. We stayed in a junior family suite and the room massive it was also clean, modern with a lovely sea view you can enjoy from your balcony. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options with very friend staff, like the rest of the Grand Team."

"We arrived late, having been let down by a previous booking. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. They promptly got us to our rooms accommodating my elderly father beautifully. The rooms are lovely, newly updated and gorgeously designed. The drinks were delicious, breakfast stunning and the team led by Shay were warm, incredibly helpful and just a delight to chat to. "

"I used to live in Brighton and have had my sights on this hotel for a while before I moved away so this was a perfect excuse to stay here over my birthday weekend. Staff are friendly, area is safe and quiet and surrounded by shops and restaurants and just one minute walk from the pier. Only issues I’d like to see fixed and improved are some of the amenities inside the room, such as the number of plugs/adaptors as the USB slots near my side of the bed wasn’t working, and the glass panel in the bathroom tightened as there was a gap near the bottom so water was flowing out when taking a shower which we’d had to wipe up separately; tiles around the bathtub also was browned so maybe some fixer upper would be nice. Overall would still stay here again as these were my experiences but no other complaints. Would also like to dine here soon as we only had breakfast in bed."
