The bar and restaurant especially have gone from strength to strength and are a great place to start, spend or end your evening. I especially value the excellent and vast selection of non-alcoholic drink options at the bar and restaurant as a non drinker - they set a benchmark that is both very high, and very appreciated. "It's our second stay in six months giving a hint that in our books Milton Park is thoughly splendid.Summer & now Autumn, Im hoping to enjoy all four seasons by walking through this historic garden and staying in Anthony Hordens old East Bowral mansion in a Spring & Winter. The visit this time was a formal dinner & dance soiree in the ballroom located at the bottom of the estate being held on the Friday night of a major wet weather event. The skies cleared but the garden path from the hotel to the function centre was a muddy track more suitable for gumboots & anoraks than evening shoes & faux furs. Crisis averted, General Manager David offered us a lift saving us a bedraggled Ball entry. So thank you David & Milton Park staff, we promise next time to bring our wellies.Catered food was delicious, our room was comfortable and warm, the garden in Autumn is gently impressive and the staff hospitable. Loved the 'Old girl'."
