"It was a nice clean place, with a large space. I only had two concerns: On one of the wooden rails of the stairs wood is being rotted away underneath the paint, leading into the railing to move under my hand. Some of the metal covers was missing in the spa bath. Was a lovely place and very close to town, will be back to stay "

"This property far exceeded our expectations. Historic property with plenty to do onsite. Paddle boats on the lake, electric bikes, playground, indoor heated pool, games, vege garden/ fruit trees to help yourself. The apartment we had slept 4 with good kitchen facilities and living space. "We spent a couple nights in Ballarat at Kevin and Anna's property. We were met at the gate by Kevin, who gave us a brief tour of the home. The property is beautifully appointed with modern appliances, and was exceptionally clean. The bottle of fresh milk in the fridge was very appreciated. We found the bed super comfortable, and enjoyed the opportunity to sit in comfort at the end of long days sight seeing. "

"This was our second time here. The cleanliness was great, the views were great, a beautiful spot to stay! Such an amazing place to stay, the spa was great also! Though 2 things did stand out to us, I think having silicone on the shower door would be beneficial, as the bathroom floor gets drenched whilst showering. Also, my partner fell down the entire back steps and injured himself as they were extremely slippery with the wet weather. I suggest putting some anti slip guides on each step....

"Positives- Clean, spacious, older building, easy selfcheckin, perfectly placed short stroll to train station and main road/eateries, plenty of milk for cuppas. Negatives - thin walls and floors so can hear adjacent people, television could not pick up signal at all, secondary wotif messaging service did not work, there's a cutoff timer for the spa so you can't use it after 8pm."

"Not up to the standard expected from a Stayz property. Advised by Heather we couldn't check in until 3pm so it was 'perfect'. However on checking in, it was not perfect. Property not advertised as a garage conversion, (low ceilings, dark), but rooms large. Great bathrooms. Several trip hazards in house. Kitchen - haphazard. Not clean, unsafe electrical items (small oven/cooker) sitting on top of microwave and leaning against wall. Bathroom taps came off/loose. Outdoor area in the driveway next...

"Less than a 5 minute walk to Myers, big W, Target and JB hifi, Railway stn and buses. At least 20 restaurants within 2 blocks. Motel is a little aged but large rooms, modern appliances and a really nice bed. Will stay there sgain"
