Well located, economical option in Bursa
Staff were friendly. The room was a little small and worn and torn but bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Very well located. Good breakfast. OK for the price. Lots to see in Bursa and it is well worth visiting.

A Great Stay

Most affordable hotel in a great location.
The women that worked at the Hotel were nice. If you get a room with two beds, it's decent size. I was by myself so got a very small room, which was o.k. for 3 nights. You have to make sure that if you book the larger room online that you actually get that room. I didn't. But it could be info. that had not been updated by the Hotel through Hotels.com. The location is ideal. Really perfect for everything. 2 to 6 minute walk to anywhere you need or want to go in old town, whether it's the Grand Mosque of any of the bazar areas of old town. Bursa is very affordable, especially compared to Istanbul. Except the Gondola which has tourist prices at an extreme rate of 250 lire. Locals pay 70. Not such a nice way to treat the tourists that come to spend their money, but it's kind of the Turkish way...really the less developed world way. Tourists always get ripped off with pricing in (probably) over 100 countries. Definitely in this part of the world!

The positives: Hotel is located in the center of the main bazar & restaurants. There is an excellent reading library in the hotel with English Turkish books. Rooms are large with a working A/C heater, TV, fridge & electric kettle. The breakfast has many healthy options from boiled eggs, local cheese, olives, etc. The staff is friendly & helpful. Negatives: There is no free parking near the hotel. The 2 parking spaces opposite to the hotel have been occupied by the shops in the bazar. Paid parking is available at 5 minutes walking distance. In our visit, the heaters in the restrooms were not working, so the restrooms were always cold. We had to waste about 20 litres of water to get to the hot water in the restroom. The restrooms were clean but could have been cleaner. When we reached the hotel the receptionist told us that internet reservation was not working & asked us to make a separate reservation.

Cheap and good value place to stay in the centre of Bursa. A couple of minutes from tram stop and also about 10 minutes to metro. Room was small but with fridge, kettle and TV. Breakfast was standard Turkish fare.

Cigarette Smoke Everywhere
I really want to love this place- the staff is wonderful, the location is great, the wifi was strong, water hot, good breakfast, the room was comfortable and affordable BUT the cigarette smoke is absolutely unbearable. The doors to the rooms are old, so they don't keep out any of the smoke from the neighboring rooms. All of my clothes smell like cigarette smoke, even my hair, like I've been in a nightclub. My throat hurts from sleeping in it. Otherwise, this place is really great, but if you aren't a smoker you really shouldn't stay here.

Great spot in central Bursa
The staff are friendly without being fawning. They do everything efficiently and calmly. the hotel is clean but it is not a modern hotel. There is a lift to all floors. They provide a filling free breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here as we needed somewhere central. It really is in a great spot for exploring Bursa. The only downside is the smell of cigarettes being smoked. I can't really blame the hotel for that, The guests do what they want in their own rooms and some of them were smoking.

Otel konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde, ben 1 gece kaldım sabah kahvaltı yaptık, kahvaltı da salatalik, domates, peynir iyi degildi, hiç begenmedik. Gece duş almadım ama diger odadaki arkadaşlar sular soğuktu duş için sıcak su yoktu dedi. Odalar klimalı ve genişti, odada ketil ve sallama çay vardi bu çok güzeldi.

Odamız temiz ve ferahtı. Banyo kapısının kilitlenmemesi arada sıcak suyun gelmemesi gibi ufak tefek sıkıntılar olsa da konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık. WiFi gayet iyi çalışıyordu. Turistik alanlara çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde, bu ben ve ailem için çok iyiydi. Tekrar olsa yine tercih edebileceğim bir otel. Kahvaltısı çok çeşit yok ancak standart bir kahvaltı bekliyorsanız yeterli bana yetti.
