On my first visit to Bursa, which I stayed 3 days-2 nights I choose to stay in this hotel due to the fact that it looked very nice and clean, well-designed, and somewhat central. I can happily say that my stay was more than perfect and I really look forward coming back to this hotel. Firstly, the rooms looked bigger than they were in the pictures, were very very clean, and the amenities offered were perfectly fine; coffee/tea station, tv, ac; the shower separated from the toilet was very efficient. The bed was very comfortable and large, but pillows were not at all. The sound proofing of the rooms were not that great. But I truly wanted to spend more time in the room. Secondly, the staff were very very nice. Available at all hours in which I called them, very kind and accommodating in general. The hotel is about 20-30 mins in driving distance from central Bursa, but that made the prices very very affordable for the quality of it. I didn't want to stay in the city center due to the chaotic nature and crowdedness of it. This was the prefect choice. Plus the drive to the hotel made me see more of the city. The best part of this hotel for us was the fact that it's situated in a mall where there was a grocery store, beauty store, open/closed free parking, gym, bunch of really good food options. I recommend trying Yusuf Köfte strongly if you're staying here. But the hotel's breakfast-for-2 is also very rich and delicious. Overall, I can't wait to go back.

Odanın açıklamasında göya en büyük yatak king size diyor ama yatak 1.5 kişilik gibi daracık. Manzara da şehir manzarası diyordu ama oda avm’ye kahveciye bakıyordu perde açık içeride duramadık. Resepsiyona söylediğimizde yataklar standart oda şehir manzarası diyerek memnuniyetsizliğimizi önemsemediler. En büyük yatak yazmasına rağmen daha büyük yataklar pahalı odalarda mevcutmuş. Klima en düşük ayarda bile çok çalışıyor, gece uyanıp durduk soğuktan. Buzdolabı çalışıyor çalışmıyor arası. Yastıklar çok rahatsızdı. Oda yenilenmiş ve tertemizdi, dekor da güzeldi. İçinde bulunduğu avm’de çeşitli yemek yerleri vb vardı güzeldi. Havuz çok kalabalık otele değil yanındaki gym’e ait ama otel kullanabiliyor, gene de büyük ve güzel. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi dışında çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü.

Four season Sheraton tarzı ibarelerle bilindik bir otelin iştiraki süsü verip sahtekarlık içerdiğini düşünüyorum, konumda da aynı hile var Görükle’deki otelin Nilüfer başlığıyla sunulması çok yanlış bu şekilde sıkıntılar tamamen uzaklaştırır.Küçücük çift kişilik yatak ve nefes alınmayacak kadar küçük oda yatakla ayak ucundan duvarla mesafe 1 metre tuvalet uçak tuvaletinden küçük ve duşakabin yatakodasında yer olmadığı için hiç hoş bi deneyim değildi
