이정도는 되야 기본에 충실한 편이라고 말하죠.

주차 후 룸으로 들어가는 별도의 통로가 가장 맘에 들었습니다. 방의 청결 상태도 좋았고, 다른 모텔들은 온수가 중간에 끊어지고 찬물이 가끔 나오는 경우가 빈번한데, 이 곳은 그런 부분은 없더군요. 전반적으로 만족합니다.

해운대와는 가까웠으나 메인 거리와는 조금 떨어져있고 환기가 잘 되지 않아 담배냄새가 많이 났습니다.

二階の廊下が水漏れのため、部屋を変更。部屋の洗面台が、詰まっていたため、顔を洗うのも歯磨きも、お風呂場。元ラブホテル？なのでしょう。部屋はタバコの匂いが染み付いてましたが、布団は臭くありません。

그저 그런 모텔

나쁘진 않은데, 연말 특수 요금에 걸맞는 지는 의문. 시설에 비해 낙후된 비품들이 제일 문제. 정수기나 냉장고는 빠른 교체가 필요할 듯. iptv가 아닌 것까지 시비걸 것은 없지만.

샤워실이나 피씨가 너무 오래되고 낡았다. 위치는 비교적 좋았다. 주인이 친절하다. 가격이 그렇게 비싸지 않다

다시 이용은 안할거 같네요.

해운대해변이랑 가깝다는 이점은 있으나 주차공간부터 부족해서 이중주차후 차키를 맡겨야했고 화장실네 두루마리 휴지대신 각티슈 배치, 샤워부스 유리문 열고 닫을때 떠걱떠걱 이상한소리에 열고 닫을때마다 유리문 깨질까봐 걱정해야됬고, 배수구 마다 청소안된 머리카락이 그대로 있었고, 객실에 수건이 4장 있는데 추가 지급은 어렵다고했는데 객실에 수건은 3장이었고, 침구류 및 침대역시....... 이 돈내고 다시 이용하겠냐고하면 안할겁니다.

그냥 숙박을 위한다면 비추입니다.

아무리 주말이고 모텔이라지만.청소안된 룸에 진짜... 딱 느낌은 러브모텔 사용자들을 위한 그냥 숙박용이 아닌 모텔 그 이상도 그이하도 아니었습니다. 만약 해운대 근처 조금 더 돈을 지불하더라도 다른곳을 숙박용으로 선택하시길 추천합니다.

해운대 위치라서 위치는 괜찮음

엄청 친절하셔서 이용하는데 좋았습니다. 해운대 해수욕장 근처라 교통은 괜찮았습니다. 그리고 주인분님 같으시던데 엄청 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 모텔 같은 분위기이긴 한데 분위기만 그렇고 아이와 숙박하기에도 무리가 없었던듯 합니다. 아이에게도 매우 친절하게 해주셔서 아이가 좋았했습니다.

대기시간 단축필요

예약이 되어서 갔는데 숙박업소에서는 모르고 있다가 도착후 문의해서야 한참 찾아본 후에 안내해 주느라 카운터에서 한참 대기하여만 하였다.

Stay by the beach with my girl

We took this Hotel because it was at a good rate but you get what you pay for. We got the room at 3PM, the room at 1st glance appeared clean, but on a second look there were cigarette burns in the Hot Tub, the Hot Tub itself did not appear to be clean (the jets weren't working), The Air Conditioning wasn't working and just overall the room did not appear like it was cleaned very well. The Hotel Staff was friendly but spoke no english at all so that made things difficult, also they do not have Keycards so you have to carry a big bulky key with pendant around. It was OK for one night...

해운대 해수욕장에서 편안한 잠자리.

해운대에 오랫만에 방문했는데, 가격이 저렴해서 선택했습니다. 생각보다 30% 정도는 저렴한 요금이었는데, 객실 만족도는 그 이상이었습니다. 친절하고 깨끗해서 마음에 듭니다.

Cheap, quiet, convenient and comfortable. Come!

Great location to the beach and the Dongbaek Island. Many seafood restaurant around it. Convenient. Bed is firm and comfortable to me. TV is huge and there is also a computer to hook up with the TV. Spacious bathroom with a big tub. Everything is great for this price.

전체적으로는 좋았으나.. 여긴 욕실이 문이없어서.. 화장실 이용시에 민망한 상황이 연출 되었습니다

혼자 묵기에 괜찮은 곳

Overview

The hotel does not have a roof deck nor a drinking water source in the room that is usable. One coffee and hot ater mackine on first floor. Biggest draw backs are prices change often, nobody speaks English only Korean so when need something they have to contact someone on the phone that speaks English and then have a three way conversation to try and the issue mresolved .Very difficult when you need travel help as no bus schedules for the city buses which are many and travel around Busan. Most people use the subway for which there are printed schedules . Busan is a large business city[4 million people]but does little to cater to or list much in the way of tourism activity. And that they do promote in city brochures is better done by buying a post card. Guide service is also very disapointing and very difficult to find if a solo traveller
