Room was quite and conveniently located but had small issues like ripped quilt cover, folding table damaged and stuck in open position and walls just a bit grubby letting the room down

the room is relatively small no sound proofing at all you can hear everything around you the room service doesn’t really clean your room just makeup your bed and sometimes add water and tea with coffee pods some of the night shift staff are rude and made me feel like they don’t really want to help you at all ( only one person was so rude ) the hotel it self is in a good spot near train stations and bus station u can go to malls and restaurants and other places via walking or uber or train so location wise it’s perfect morning staff are the best staff the hotel restaurant doesn’t really have much to offer small menu and if you need to order something after 10pm ( 22:00) even tho when you call them they will tell you u cant order from 9:30 till 10:00 ( 21:30-22:00) and in top of that you have to go to the hotel reception to order from the restaurant for room service ( in-room dining ) so the final evaluation for this hotel is 3.5/5 pros: - comfy bed - nice morning staff -good location near transportation cons: - no sound proofing - bad night shift staff - small menu cant order water or any other drinks after 22:00 - poor in-room dining experience - house keeping doesn’t clean just makeup the bed and sometimes add water and coffee - small rooms

The staff were excellent and very accommodating when we were curious about a room change. They were friendly, polite and happy to help. The grounds are beautiful and the castle is well cared for.

A lovely large room with a very spacious bathroom and a kitchenette. The fresh coffee was a nice touch too. In my opinion, the bedroom could do with a mirror for doing hair and makeup. The silocone on the windows/ windowsill could also do with a more thorough clean but it wasn't anything that took away from the general cleanliness.

Stayed for 3 nights, overall very spacious and modern studio, very good location for dining out, shopping and leisure. My only problem was the sink in the kitchen wasn’t clean properly smelling of fish my whole stay. I tried to sanitize but smell wouldn’t go away. The bed was comfy, smart TV could watch Netflix, Prime and ITVX which was nice. Will stay again
