Unsere Wohnung war Sauber und es sind alle Utensilien für den Alltag vorhanden. Wir hatten uns dennoch von der Gesammten Anlage mehr versprochen. Es gibt kein WLAN! Der Gastzugang existiert nicht! Geht gar nicht im Jahr 2025. Auf Nachfrage sei das schon lange bekannt. Der Pool ist ein Gemeinschaftspool und gehöhrt nicht wie die Bildern es vermuten lassen nur zu den beiden Wohnungen! Diesen Pool könnten dutzende Besucher nutzten. Der Pool lag für uns ,in einem nur von Aussen zugänglichen Bereich. Man muss nach draußen bevor man diesen erreicht. Die Sauna ist nicht kostenlos! Es bedarf mindestens 6 Bevor diese elektronische nach 45 min min 60 Grad erreicht. Und weitere 4-6 Euro das man was davon hat. Zudem passen in einen Zähler nur ein Euro Stücke. Da geh ich aber nicht genauer drauf ein . Die Sauna war sehr veraltet. Die gesammte Anlage macht einen Einduck das sie in den 70er oder 80er Jahren bestimmt das non plus ultra war aber jetzt einfach nicht mehr Zeitgemäß ist. Die Dünnen Wände lassen dich jedes Gespäch der Nachbarn mithöhren und genauso ihr schnarchen. Potenzial hat diese Anlage alle mal. Schöner Garten. Ein Kinderspielplatz. Aber mit nur sauber machen und Rasen mähen ist es einfach nicht mehr getan. Die Kommunikation hat nach mehreren Nachfragen und Anrufen gut geklappt. Die Lage ist ok.

Alles da, was man braucht. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung

Anreise, Aufenthalt und Abreise liefen unkompliziert. Wir waren etwas irritiert von den vielen Spinnenweben an den Decken im Anbetracht der doch recht teuren Endreinigungskosten. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es wurde an alles gedacht. Das Bad müsste dringend renoviert werden (Stockflecken in den Fugen, , das Waschbecken so groß, dass die Türe nicht ganz auf ging et )

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir hatten ein erholsame Auszeit. Da wir im Winter dort waren, war die Fußbodenheizung eine Herausforderung. Die Schlafzimmer im oberen Geschoss waren kalt, da es hier keine Heizkörper bzw. Fußbodenheizung gab. Für drei Nächte ging’s. Die Wohnung insgesamt war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, könnte jedoch eine Überarbeitung der Räumlichkeiten vertragen.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und toll für eine Familie. Die Sauberkeit war oberflächlich prima, allerdins bräuchte die Wohnung mal wieder eine Grundreinigung (Schimmel in der Dusche, etc). Das Haus ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Im

Tour mit den Großeltern

Schön, es gab wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln. Es fehlte eine Bettdecke und die Kopfkissen könnten mal erneuerten werden. Toll war die Möglichkeit, das Schwimmbecken zu nutzen.

Schöner Wochenendtrip

Schöne Unterkunft für unseren Wochenendtrip. Besonders das Schwimmbad hat uns gefallen, Zugang war hier jederzeit möglich. Auch die Buchung und der Kontakt lief reibungslos.

Urlaub abgebrochen, leider fehlende Unterstützung

Wir waren erst mal geschockt über die Größe und Anzahl der Zimmer. Versprochen waren 3 Schlafzimmer, bekommen haben wir ein 2 bett Zimmer unterm Dach und ein 3 Bettzimmer unterm Dach mit ca 6 qm Grundfläche, Dachschräge, und ein reingebasteltes Verdunklungsrollo was für irgendein anderes Fenster war, es gab aufjefenfall immer noch Licht und Wärme. Der Fernseher und Internet haben leider garnicht funktioniert und der Kontakt zur Ansprechpartnerin blieb erfolglos. Wir haben erst mal für und einen Toaster r und eine Pfanne gekauft, weil das eine versifft war und die Pfanne komplett fehlte. Wir konnten uns an dem Regentag ohne fernseh ohne Internet überlegen

Die Wohnung war leider nicht wie beschrieben es waren 4 Schlafzimmer angegeben,es waren nur zwei das dritte war die Wohnzimmercouch laut Vermieter lag es an Anbieter der es auf einem Anderen Portal veröffentlicht hat!Ein Entgegenkommen gab es leider nicht!So sauber wie es beschrieben wurde war es nicht ,Mülleimer im Bad sehr unansehnlich,die Mikrowelle hatte Kümmel vom Vorgänger 😶und bei der Kaution wurden mir Gebühren abgezogen obwohl der Vermieter darauf Bestand als Freunde bei einem Bezahlsystem zu überweisen um diese selbst zu sparen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Vom Check in bis zum check out hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, alle haben sich wohl gefühlt. Einzig ein Ofen, der hat gefehlt. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass bei einer voll ausgestatteten Küche auch einer dabei ist. Aber nicht schlimm, wir sind auch so alle satt geworden :-) Lage ist top und der Strand zu Fuß schneller erreichbar, als gedacht. Absolutes Highlight der Kids: der Pool! 😉 Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mit Kleinkindern super Ferien gehabt

Wir waren alle zufrieden und das Schwimmbad ist optimal, wenn man jederzeit unter sich (mit den Kids) schwimmen will. :-) Die Wohnung ist toll aufgeteilt und super gelegen—> alles Wichtige zu Fuß erreichbar.

Toller Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt im Ganzen war super toll. Wir hatten uns diese Wohnung ausgesucht, wegen dem Pool und der Sauna. Allerdings hat man uns vor Ort erst gesagt, dass der Pool derzeit nicht nutzbar ist. Das hat uns im ersten Moment sehr geärgert. Denn mit dem Pool wird ja geworben. Auch gab es keine Schrankbetten sondern stattdessen ein Klappbett . Nach kurzer Diskussion, hatten wir aber einen freiwilligen in der Familie gefunden. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt aber sehr schön.
