"We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely family home, there was plenty of space and lots of outdoor activities. We really liked the pool however it isn’t fenced which would have been good to know in advance. There is a local vineyard, restaurant and a supermarket nearby. "Superb property, best we have stayed in (out of six). Well equipped with everything and more you will need, plenty of plates, glasses, dishware and cookware. Proper oven. Do not be put off by the appearance from the street - the property is comfortable, spacious, peaceful and homely, with wonderful garden, terrace, and seating/relaxing areas. "The gite was very well equipped and comfortable. Probably one of the best we have stayed in over many years. The surrounding countryside is variable, with flat plains , hills and lakes. If you are interested in Ww1 the preserved trenches in the area are the best I have seen. Verdun and Nancy, which are a short drive away, are both historical and picturesque."
