O pior Hotel que fiquei desde sempre pelas seguintes razões : 1. Check In - Fila interminável se nenhuma organização que demorou mais de 2 horas. Entretanto a carregar as malas e com filho pequeno. 2. Quarto sujo, sofás rasgadas...., camas velas, mau cheiro geral. Geladeira antiga sem nenhuma agua. 3. Room Service inexistente, ninguém atende na recepção. 4. Serviço de malas inexistente, tivemos que transportar as malas até a porta do quarto. O resort é grande. 5. Café da Manha, Almoço, Jantar - filas para entrar, varias vezes tive que aguardar mesa e talheres. 6. Comida ok para fraco, poucas opções 7. Piscina suja 8. Localização Boa. 9. Infraestrutura péssima, tudo velho a cair aos pedaços, desde os quartos, as portas, as placas, elevador não funciona.... 10. Não recomenda, pelo mesmo valor encontram se opções muito melhores... 11. Claramente decepcionado 12. Check Out - mais filas... desta vez 1 hora e meia 13. Vendedores de marketing a tentar vender cotas de empreendimentos durante a estadia.....

O hotel é muito bom, area de lazer otima, comida boa, porem precisam organizar melhor o check in e o check out! Levei mais de 1 hora aguaradando os dois! Cheguem antes pois se perde muito tempo fazendo check in e na saida a mesma coisa! Nunca vi um ckeck tao demorado!

De toda minha viagem para Búzios, este lugar foi HORRÍVEL! Tentarei resumir, mas poderia escrever muito mais. Você paga pelo serviço "All Inclusive" que na verdade não tem nada de All Inclusive. Qualquer bebida ou serviço no Hotel é pago. Você só tem direito ao pacote de almoço/janta contratado. Em teoria, até água, precisa pagar nos bares espalhados. O lugar ganha dinheiro vendendo para os próprios turistas. Equipamentos super mal conservados (pista de golfe está em péssimas condições; arco e flecha também em situação deplorável). Piscinas sujas. Políticas desnecessárias com os próprios clientes. Atividades de arco e flecha e de trapézio, duram somente 45 MINUTOS no dia. Se você perder a janela ou tiver gente demais, nem pense em participar. Quartos e banheiros com péssimas condições de manutenção, antiquados. Limpeza de quarto somente a cada 2 dias. Quarto sem WIFI para falar com a recepção (fazem descaso). E meu quarto não tinha telefone para falar com eles (fizeram descaso também). Nem comento sobre os vizinhos farofeiros de quarto! Salão principal (refeições) é muito sujo, cheio de mosca pousando na sala e comida, não importa se é manhã, tarde ou noite. Tive infecção alimentar logo assim que fiz a primeira refeição lá. Sem suporte do hotel com remédio ou qualquer coisa. Tudo é longe e sem wifi/telefone, para quem está passando mal, o suporte ficou péssimo! Eu não recomendo e nunca mais voltarei nesse lugar. Estragou minhas férias em Búzios que estavam perfeitas.

Muito bom a estadia.
Hotel muito bom para a família. Únicos pontos que ficaram a desejar foi o check in que foi muito demorado. Cheguei às 14h e só consegui ir para o quarto às 16:20h. E a reposição dos alimentos que alguns itens não chegavam em tempo para os hóspedes servirem. Principalmente as vermes que demoravam para repor no buffet. No mais, tudo excelente!

Péssimos serviços e atendimento para um Resort desse tamanho. Desorganização e falta de lugares no restaurante/refeitório e nas piscinas, atendimento precário e aquém do ideal na recepção, funcionários mal treinados, entre outras.

O hotel tem tudo para ser excelente, porém tem fatores que deixa muito a desejar. Tive 3 sérios problemas, Ar condicionado fiquei 6 dias sem, e o hotel n trocou o controle e deixaram por isso mesmo. Fiquei de sexta a segunda sem arrumação no quarto, com 2 crianças, imaginem o que virou o quarto, principalmente o banheiro que não tem box. E por fim fiquei um dia inteiro sem água, e pós praia, em todos problemas avisei a recepção mas n resolveram .Como o hotel ficou um tempo sem investimentos os móveis dos quartos estão bem velhos e em mal estado devido a maresia, e a cama para as crianças é um sofá mais duro. O box por n ter vidro suja o banheiro todo, e por não ter limpeza todos os dias deixa uma situação bastante incomoda. No checkout falei tudo isso a recepção e me enviaram um voucher de 20%, que já tenho em qualquer aplicativo e com validade de 6 meses apenas. Pelo amor de Deus, pq eu voltaria em um local que tive todos esses problemas por um desconto de 20% que todos apps já dão e ainda na correria dentro de 6 meses, acho que falta empatia e entender melhor os clientes por parte do gerente geral.
