Muitas atividades, local com famílias, refeições almoço e janta eram boas , café da manhã muito bom e variado, tem atividades para crianças 4 - 12 anos todos os dias, além de brinquedoteca e alguns animais, fica numa praia isolada, mas quem desejar passear pela região não tem dificuldades de carro chega em 20 min na região mais central de búzios, camas enormes , ar condicionado novo e muito bom nós 4 quartos que alugamos

Péssimo!
O Resort mal localizado! Longe do centro. Atendimento péssimo, comida horrível, passei mal os 4 dias que fiquei. Quarto o ar condicionado não funcionava direito, a televisão não pegava os principais canais, porta do quarto quebrada dormi com meu filho e meu esposo os 4 dias com a porta ruim. A localização do meu quarto sem nenhuma iluminação. Cheguei no Resort as 13h vieram trazer minhas toalhas de quarto as 17h50. Isso porque meu esposo foi reclamar quase brigou pelas toalhas. O responsável pediu para eu fazer a reclamação no papel que o mesmo iria passar para frente! Sendo que fiquei sabendo por uma pessoa que ele disse que iria rasgar o papel e não iria passar para ninguém! O ambiente é bem familiar. Mais não índico para NINGUÉM!

Terceira vez no resort e dessa vez foi péssima a experiência. O resort está largado, poucos funcionários para uma alta temporada, piscinas vazias com pouca águas e sujas, até garrafas de água encontramos na borda da piscina, muita areia e no último dia meu filho se cortou na piscina de borda infinita, ele foi sentar na piscina conforme ajoelhou se cortou, meu filho autista, um porte do resort grande com muitos hóspedes não tem enfermeiro, apenas guardas vidas, e a enfermaria estava fechada. Dia 16/12 choveu bastante que até choveu granizo, antes da chuva eu havia pedido para arrumarem o quarto isso era antes de 17 h da tarde a chuva começou estávamos fora do quarto perto do restaurante, conseguimos ir para umas 3 horas depois que a chuva passou, chegamos no quarto o quarto cheio de água, tentando ligar no ramal e tendo atendimento no WhatsApp nada, meu esposo foi na recepção dizendo que nossos filhos são autistas e nosso quarto estava molhado, pois estava saindo água até do armário, pedimos prioridade já que eu já havia solicitado a limpeza do quarto, meu esposo reforçou pedindo prioridade e dizendo que tinha que ser rápido pois as 21h meus filhos dormem pois tem rotinas, ou seja deu 21 h e nada de aparecerem, mandei msg para cancelarem mas uma satisfação por conta do horário ou seja nem visualizarem e nem se deram trabalho de responderem. No primeiro dia que chamou solicitamos uma cadeira para a varanda, não levaram. Ou seja tudo que vc solicita não fazem.

Necessidade de melhorias urgente
Em termos gerais o hotel e lindo e os fincionarios deficados. Meu quarto 1333 tinha um buraco na porta, continas furadas e entrou água pela porta quando choveu. Não a sinal de wifi nos quartos e poderia haver um investimento em antenas, assim usaríamos a internet do nosso telefone próprio. Muitos hospedes reclamando a mesma coisa, o hotel realmente é bom, mas chegar a algum lugar e mais fácil que se manter... Espero retornar e encontrar atitudes com os relatos acima, do contrário não retornarei com minha família e nem indicarei o hotel a outras pessoas. Em tempo havia um casal de são paulo com três crianças e passaram um sufoco, uma delas era um bebe de colo. Disseram nal retornar mais. Uma mãe com a filha da ilha do governador também ficou bastante chateada. Enfim, estão no registro de hospedes, deixei aqui meu feedback mais sincero possível.

Como dizem a primeira impressão é a que fica!!! Pois nem, experiência horrível, fiz o check in as 5:00 da madrugada e quando no quarto, o banheiro estava com o vaso sanitário todo sujo, o banheiro todos sujo de bicho no chão, os móveis são encardidos, a cama dura. Enviei mensagem pra recepção e falaram que iriam em enviar o serviço de quarto no outro dia, quando voltei da praia haviam recolhido apenas o lixo, deixando o vaso sanitário e os bichos no chão, do mesmo jeito que estava. Na mesma hora envie novamente mensagem pra recepção, onde a moça foi super irônica falando que iria me enviar a melhor governanta. A água acabou, o chuveiro é ducha e com vários furinhos entupidos, onde espalha água pra todo lado, molhando todo o banheiro. Pelo preço que paguei na vale a pena, o café da manhã é razoável. Quando fui embora pra fazer o check-out eu pedi para me enviarem o mensageiro, o mesmo falou pra eu ir a pé, até a recepção porque iria buscar mais bagagens, ou seja misturando a minha com a de outras pessoas. Não vale a pena, um lugar caríssimo com pouca qualidade, nunca mais eu volto. A única foto que consegui tirar foi do chão, porque esqueci do vaso sanitário.
