this not Buzios ..it is Baia Blanca
The hotel is located in Baia Blanca and not in Buzios in an area without restaurant or bar. It was my boriest night ever. They only offer a delivery pizza at night but is horrendous. Tourist go there to eat local food.

Very nice place
First of all, this place is pretty far from the tourist part of Buzios (around 12km). Fortunately there are vans that come through that can take you to the centre of Buzios for very cheap (less than 1USD per person). But you might have to wait a bit for a van. Otherwise you can take a taxi or rent a car. There is a small town close by (about 15-20 minute walk) if you need something and don't feel like going into the centre. The hotel is about a one minute walk from a beach (not the best beach but nice enough).. The exterior and interior is very nice with a relaxing feel. The pool was good. Wifi worked well (was able to stream non-hd videos without interruption). The staff were great. They ordered pizza, etc for us, and also cooked our leftover pizza in the oven the next day. They also took us to the centre of Buzios on our last day so we could catch our bus to Rio (for free!). Recommend you don't leave your window open at night otherwise insects and lizards might get into your room.

Não recomendo! Estava jogada e abandonada. Roupas de cama com cheiro, quarto com cheiro de mofo, café da manhã vergonhoso, não tinha se quer água mineral no frigobar, as fotos do Instagram não condizem com a realidade. Tudo sem cuidado. Não deixam chaves do portão e não fica ninguém na recepção p abrir o que ocasiona loga espera para poder entrar.

Pior experiência de estadia da minha vida!
Tudo é velho. A piscina tem ladrilhos faltando, o q pode cortar alguém. Os quartos são escuros. A roupa de banho é manchada. A de cama, rasgada. A cortina, mofada. Isso é um resumo geral. Ao chegar no quarto 06 ia colocar minhas roupas no armário, mas vi q parecia sujo. Como estava escuro, tive q pegar o celular e usar como lanterna. Descobri uma grande quantidade de formigas mortas. Como o frigobar é encaixado no armário, achei q pudessem ter aparecido por isso. Fui na recepção da pousada e pedi q fossem lá limpar. Limparam. Depois disso resolvi desencostar a cama da parede, pra evitar q uma formiga perdida passasse para lá. Nesse momento vi q atrás da cama estava imundo! Novamente fui na recepção e reclamei da sujeira. Pedi q me trocassem de quarto, e disseram q estavam todos ocupados. O q poderiam fazer seria limpar. Depois de algumas horas vi q novas formigas tinham aparecido no armário. Agora vivas. Liguei para uma amiga q tb ia se hospedar na pousada e pedi q levasse um inseticida pra mim. Saí do meu quarto e só voltei perto de 2h da manhã. A quantidade de formigas tinha aumentado. Usei o inseticida e aí foi minha maior surpresa: tinha um formigueiro no armário! Mais uma vez fui à recepção, e nesse momento só o vigia estava lá. E foi ele q resolveu meu problema. Ele viu q tinha SIM um quarto vago, pois os hóspedes chegariam no dia seguinte, e me ajudou a fazer a mudança às 3h da manhã. Poderiam ter me mudado de quarto antes e evitado grande parte do stress causado.

Péssimo lugar
Paguei uma fortuna por um simples final de semana e foi terrível. As formigas, mosquitos estão por todos os lados. Assim que cheguei o ar do quarto não funcionava, mudamos para outro quarto que o ar funcionava, só que tinha goteira do ar. Na noite que chegamos ficamos umas 4 horas sem luz, no meio do mato e cheio de inseto. Funcionários grosseiros e sem educação para lidar com o público, com exceção da funcionária Kelly, que foi super educada e fez o que pode para nos ajudar. Lugar completamente deserto no meio do mato e com rua de barro, não indico chegar a noite, pois é horrível se não tiver um carro. Pousada completamente largada, com piscina suja e hidromassagem cheia de lodo e cheia de teia de aranha por todos os lados. Não indico e nem volto no local!!!

Uma grande decepção
Uma grande decepção. Pelas fotos achei que era um local incrível e ao chegar vi que não era nada do que havia visto nas fotos. Falta manutenção nas instalações, a propaganda foi enganosa em relação a acomodação, piscina suja, hidro e sauna fora de uso. Valor cobrado pela suite muito alto e não havia nada de especial. Era um quarto igual aos outros da pousada. A unica diferença era uma vista parcial do mar. Pura enganação. Me senti lesada.

Ma experiência
A pousada oferece uma boa estrutura, mas a limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Havia lido alguns comentários negativos, mas decidi manter a minha estadia após conversa prévia com a dona da pousada (Charlote), que foi grossa e petulante ao telefone.... mas enfim.... chegando na pousada, pude confirmar o que outros haviam mencionado. Quarto mal limpo, com roupa de cama que parecia não ter sido limpa propriamente, colchão sem protetor... enfim. Fiquei somente uma noite e mudei para outra pousada local. Por fim, eles se recusaram a devolver parte do sinal, que seria o mínimo por conta do transtorno.

Tem potencial, mas peca na higiene.
O ambiente é antigo, precisando de cuidados. O estilo rústico, até agradável, mas peca na manutenção e cuidados com os quartos. Eu tive que lavar o banheiro na chegada, pois estava fétido. Os utensílios do café da manhã dormem na mesa para o dia seguinte, terrível e anti-higiênico. Recebemos o nosso quarto sujo, banheiro com mau cheiro e lençóis não foram trocados. Tive que pedir um desinfetante à funcionária da recepção. A localização não é das melhores, mas estamos de carro e isso não importa muito. A funcionária da recepção foi muito atenciosa e nos entendeu bem... Eu até recomendo a pousada, mas antes de se hospedar faça um checklist no quarto. Pontos positivos: Preço razoável Wi-fi funcionando Piscina antiga, mas limpa Pontos negativos: Manutenção precária Funcionários da limpeza deixam a desejar Pernilongos Estacionamento precário, um lote cheio de terra e mato

No anúncio fala que o check in é 24 horas mas não é. Cheguei cedo por causa disso e tive que ficar mais de 4 horas aguardando chegar o horário. Longe de tudo,piscina sem cloro,TV minúscula,parece um tablet. Café da manhã regulado. Naomé a vontade. Internet fraca quando tinha! O estacionamento É embaixo de árvores velhas que dava medo de cair galho. Única coisa boa era a cama e o chuveiro. Não recomendo. Nao tem opçao de comida,nem na pousada e nem próximo.

NÃO VENHA PARA O BAÍA BLANCA
Fui completamente enganado pelas fotos do site, posso dizer que meu sentimento é de ter sido lesado por completo e muito frustrado. Vou listar as deficiências do hotel 1 - suposta hidromassagem de água fria que não funciona; 2 - Sauna não funciona; 3 - espaço lounge mal tratado e não tem nada haver com as fotos; 4 - TV só tem a Globo, Discovery kids e globonews, NÃO HÁ MAIS CANAL ALGUM, sem contar que a TV muda de canal sozinha; 5 - o café é bom, mas fica destampado e vi moscas sobre o queijo e presunto; 6- Muito longe do centro (12km); 7-me cobraram uma taxa que não estava prevista no site. Bom, NÃO VENHA PARA O BAÍA BLANCA.
