I'm extremely disappointed with the service of this Pousada. I booked and paid for 2 rooms for 2 friends, but they put both people in the same room. The hotel did not contact us or apologize for the mistake, nor did they give the money back for the 2nd room. I feel that the owners of this hotel were very dishonest and I still need the money back for the room they didn't provide my friends. And again, I feel that they were disorganized and they could have just called us to figure out a solution, but they didn't. It was clearly in the booking reservation that we had separated 2 rooms. Please be more organized for future guests.

Uma ótima opção em Búzios
Uma ótima estadia. Piscina excelente. Bom café da manhã. De negativo - a hidro é fria. O café da manhã não tem opções diet e nem com restrição de lactose. E acho ridículo não confiar no checkout da minha informação de ter consumido apenas uma garrafa de água no dia anterior e ficar esperando a confirmação.

Foi tudo perfeito, viajei com meu marido e meu filho de 1 ano. O hotel é perfeito pra quem tem quem bebe, conta com uma piscina ótima, fora que todo hotel é lindo! Espaço kids enorme e com vários brinquedos, quarto super espaçoso e eles disponibilizam berço, meu filho dormiu muito bem. Muita área verde. Cama muito confortável e chuveiro maravilhosooo! E o café da manhã PERFEITO, delicioso. A pousada fica bem perto da praia, que tem o mar bem calmo, ótimo pra crianças. Você pode alugar toalha pra levar a praia, o que ajudou bastante. Comida, drinks e atendimento do bar excelentes, música durante o dia muito boa! De noite a pousada fica todo iluminado, fica muito lindo!!! Fomos de carro e é possui estacionar bem na frente do quarto. Se você tiver hospedado em alguma quinta feira, na praça do bairro onde fica a pousada mesmo tem uma feira toda quinta feira a noite, fomos no dia que chegamos, e nós amamos, tem comidas ótimas de vários países diferentes, música boa, nós adoramos! Enfim, nós amamos tudo, quero voltar com certeza. Obrigada por receberem a gente tão bem.

Excelente servicio! Llegamos más tarde de lo previsto y nos estaban esperando con todo listo, check in rápido y a la habitación. La habitación era amplia y cómoda para 4 personas, con Smart tv y cable satelital (no andaba, pero ni reclamé ya que conecte Netflix al Smart tv que era lo más usado por mi hija), también contaba con 2 reposeras y sombrilla para llevar a la playa (si necesitas más reposeras se solicitan en recepción). La posada es hermosa, está a 150m de la playa, una vegetación increíble, piscina enorme, servicio de wifi en todos los sectores. El desayuno es muy completo, frutas, panificados, tortas muy ricas, yogurt, leche, café, chocolate, cereales, jamón, queso, huevo, salchicha, etc. La posada tiene un sector de juegos para los más chicos muy bueno y completo, lastima que la chica que cuidaba los chicos los últimos días no estuvo. El personal es muy cordial y atento. Algo para criticar, el bar está abierto hasta las 8 de la noche, por lo que no se puede cenar ahí, salvo que pidas a un delivery. A tener en cuenta: todo Buzios está sobre morros, por lo que hay desniveles y escaleras. Si tienes algún problema de movilidad, solicitar una habitación cerca del bar. La posada está en un lugar muy tranquilo, por lo que no hay cerca restaurantes o supermercados, mismo del centro, de todas maneras puedes solicitar un taxi en recepción o Uber es muy usado en Brasil.
