This little gem is lovely. Well kept and beautifully designed rooms with great kitchen area, table and chairs and 2 great armchairs. Pool lovely , quiet area. Host very welcoming.

Whenever I travel to Northern NSW I always stay at Ballina Palms even if I spend my time in other parts of Northern NSW. Andre & his family were having a well earned break and the two stand-in hosts made my time feel very welcome & helped me with my basic requests such as topping up my coffee, tea, milk, biscuits & bathroom amenities on the 3 nights I stayed. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms in good condition. The place is a close walk to the creek & Richmond River. Always a wonderful stay here.

The motel, gardens and rooms were immaculate. The Thai inspired decor made it a lot more special than your usual motel experience and more like a mini tropical resort. Wonderful staff so very helpful with an after hours check in.

A clean, comfortable, well maintained motel. It is away from restaurants but it's easy to drive to them only approx 5 min drive. No food options onsite though there was a kitchette in my room. I have no issue staying here again.
