"This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."

"Lovely spacious villa with plenty of room for 10-12 people, and lots of dining and sitting space inside, and outdoor space. "It was pleasant, but extremely basic! There were nothing to drink water with - not even throw away cups! The pilows were about 5 metres thick. As far as towels were concerned we had two bath towels and only one face towel. The rooms were clean. The breakast was more than expected and fresh and enjoyable. The breakfast area was modern with lovely touches, the design of the chairs surprisingly delightful. The location of the hotel was spot on!"
