"Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. "

"From the moment we enquired about the villa, the communications with Kim the owner were superb. The villa is really well equipped, especially for those with babies, with travel cot, high chair, changing mats and even a bin with toys to play with ! There are strict rules i the pool area about balls etc, which is understandable as there are residents as well as holiday makers there. "Lovely place to stay not far from main strip for bars restaurants. Beach and promenade about 10 minute walk. Was nice to be able to spend time at the apartment and just walk out to pool ."

"Stayed for 10 nights, lovely villa, everything you need. Nice and clean, towels, beach towels, well equipped kitchen, books, TV, a few English channels, parking out front, 10 mins walk to beach , beach chairs and umbrellas at villa for you to use, and a great pool. Lots of restaurants a 5/10 min drive, went to the market on Thursday at Cabo Roig , nice market not too big. Consuma supermarket 5 mins drive much better than the local carre four. Defekte Steckdosen ( lebensgefährliche offene Kontakte ) 4. 220 qm wie angegeben entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit 5. defekte Glastür ( lebensgefährlich für unsere Kinder ) 6. teils verrottete Türen 7. teils verrottete Schränke 8. zerissener Sonnenschutz auf der Terasse 9. Gardienenstange abgefallen weil notdürftig repariert ( Kind saß darunter-hätte schlimmer enden können. ) Alles in allem nicht zur Vermietung geeignet. Ich...

"Lovely house , very quiet during week. Really good pool just outside back door . Sun traps at front in morning and rear and solarium in afternoon. Great value if 4/7 people. Long walk to beach but we were driving. Victoria bar/restaurant and La Gamba are just a 5/10 minutes walk. Great cocktails by Robert in La Gamba and lovely staff here especially the Brazillian girl. The owner was very helpful when we spoke. Will stay here again. Ray and Teresa"

"Great location, lovely outside space and well equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels were shabby and old. Beds were uncomfortable and the TV channels were all German which is fine as didn't use it. Bathrooms were lovely but the house smelt of smoke as the cleaner smoked in there before arrived. Some of the shutters didn't work and some of the locks didn't work on the windows. Loved El Raso, great location and beautiful pool area but we would not stay again. We had to pay 180 euros for crap linen...
