The resort was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Yeraldy, Paulino & Elias were excellent at the buffet. Randall was outstanding at the Italian restaurant. Steicy was also outstanding at the Sports bar. Limited dinner options with only one restaurant (Italian) in addition to the buffet, which also offered ala carte.

Felt like we hit it out of the park at the resort. Super laid back and on one of the best and most beautiful beaches on the pacific side. Breakfast was great, bars had fun drinks, pool was spacious and great for the kids… and again, proximity and location to the beach was the highlight. Results were like the pictures and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

They treated us like their own family, I cannot be more thankful for their kindness and care towards our family. I love this resort! Highly recommended!!!! Will visit again and again. The staff was very attentive and took care of us everywhere but at the 5 A Clock Somewhere bar/restaurant. It was actually drastically different. Everywhere we went, front desk, gift shop, other restaurants in resort, wonderful service. The food at the resort wasn’t great. Definitely
