Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. "Die Schluesseluebergabe klappte perfekt, eine Beziehung der Unterkunft war schon vormittags ohne Aufpreis möglich. Etwas schwierig ist, dass der Vermieter nur spanisch spricht, kein Deutsch oder Englisch. Aber ging alles soweit. Grosses Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Wir hatten dort einen Ventilator, der nur in einem der Schlafzimmer stehen konnte. Man könnte auch für wenig Geld das andere Zimmer ausstatten. Deckenventilator ist wegen der Schräge nicht möglich. "The air con and hot water wasnt working for first 3 days, agents were very responsive and sorted it out, however it was still 3 days which were pretty challenging with the heat. The villa itself is lovely, good position above cala llombards bay (which is stunning). Unfortunately as you would expect the bay is stunning which means its very busy, the street can be busy as well with tourists parking and looking for the bay. Ants were a bit of challenge with any crumbs, work surfaces etc which...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Villa, and will 100% book again. The location, with a car, is utterly fantastic. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature. Our only small concerns, the kitchen appliances are a little dated in parts, no air-con, and fixtures are worn in places. But overall we loved it. A perfect getaway for us."
