"Great location. Really close to the ski lifts - we could just walk out of the ski locker room and step onto the slope that leads down to the lifts. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a very short walk. The hotel itself was great value for money - an endless supply of food and drink all included in the room rate. "Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."

The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "DO NOT BOOK! The pictures are not a true representation of this hotel. It is dirty, old (falling apart), everything is at the lowest quality this is not a three star hotel. Room was horrid - thin and cheap pillow, shower that is either too hot or too cold (my young son burnt himself), overcrowded ski area that smells vile and not cleaned well. The staff don’t care or tell you there’s nothing they can do. The biggest regret of our family holiday was to book this place!"
