"Wemtend to be bottom feeders, so stayed in Griante rather than Bellagio. Our hotel turned out to be, not a hotel, but a two bedroom apartment with a great view of the lake. Apparently the Como Vita has places all over Griante. We had to follow a guide, by car, for about five minutes from the check-in spot to get to this place high up the hill, then another 30 steps from the street up to the great spot. "This house has an undoubtedly amazing view. If you have a car, go for it, no doubt. Great for a family, since there's lots of space. Things to know: It's not in Mennagio, it's in the middle of Griante ad Mennagio, which means food options are not an easy walk.
