"This is the most beautiful boutique hotel I've stayed in. We received a room upgrade and my sister was able to stay in a beautiful suite with sauna and balconies for her 40th birthday! Every detail was impressive. The style was unique, cozy and elegant at the same time. The rooms are beautiful. The staff was friendly. The smells were so nice we bought candles! "Great location and style of hotel, spa is good and so is the service at the restaurant. Some small things that stopped it being a 5 star and only 4.... no travel tooth paste in bathroom provided, the tv connect system does not work despite us both trying on both phones and doing all the steps, restaurant staff very helpful but both the reception staff seemed a little cold and not very friendly/ did not seem willing to help when asked questions. Cleaning staff where also so loud in the mornings...

For me, the hotel was located in the best part of Paris for what I was doing and it was close enough to the Metro to get anywhere within the city in a short commute. The staff was attentive, the room was comfortable and clean, and there are really no criticisms. I will book this hotel for my next trip to Paris and I do recommend it highly. "

There were often groups of men huddling by storefronts nearby at night. As a woman, I would have been anxious if I were alone.
