"The hotel is very nice. The pool and pool bar are a nice option for lunch and a swim. My wife enjoyed the taste of the food offerings. My only issue was that the staff was not as friendly to my 2 year old as I am used to at other hotels in the area. I was also underwhelmed by the executive lounge. I will go back to the hotel but they need to step up the service compared to the other major hotel in CDO. "

For us, its the best value and the most convenient for short stays in the downtown area, directly located a step away from both SM Premier and Limketkai shoppimg malls. The rooms are small, so anybody looking for more spacious accommodation might prefer to look elsewhwre but upu cznt beat the price, in our estimation. "Hotel on very busy crossroads so traffic noise. Tv in the rooms and I had 2 suites they had no aerial or digibox connected and the room wifi would not connect either so totally useless. Table lamp in room did not work either .staff were good but hotel only accepted GCASH or cash on arrival so I couldn’t use my Mastercard even though it is a Philippine bank and a debit card . However bed was comfy and rooms were clean water was hot and the ensuite had a full size bath . It was good for a one...

"The location is very accessible by the public it on the main city proper..Thats why the parking is the problem if you park late like 8PM then its hard to find spot for parking"
