"I really loved staying there! It’s a beautiful little house, in a quiet residential neighborhood very close to downtown Cortez, and very close to Mesa Verde. The house is eco friendly, with a lot of energy and water saving features (heat pump/evaporative cooler, low flow toilet with 2 flushing options). They also have a mini washer and dryer. The neighbors are friendly. It was lovely, and I would love to be able to stay there again. Thank you!"

"Very nice property. It was surprising how quiet the interior was with it being right on a main road. The only dips were the water dispenser and the ice maker in the freezer not working and the upstairs could use a better air conditioner. The bathroom window upstairs wouldn't stay open so we could let the cooler evening air blow through. Other than that, very nice and comfortable to be at and base out of for a few days."

"What a stunning location. This cabin is situated on an amazing piece of land 16 miles north of Dolores, CO. Such a peaceful place. The kids loved it. Especially the ping pong table."

"My husband and I loved staying at this house, and were so happy it was pet friendly! It was a perfect location to the Mesa Verde National Park, and surrounding areas! We enjoyed watching the cows and the Canadian Geese! The sunrises and sunsets were completely unobstructed, and were beautiful! We were able to meet the owner, and enjoy a cup of coffee with her. She's delightful! We were also able to purchase some of her beef from her ranch! BEST steaks we've ever had!"

"We absolutely loved staying at this wonderful house on our road trip! The location was secluded but awesome. The stars at night and the sunsets were gorgeous. Cortez was a perfect spot to go out on day adventures and come back to spend evenings at the house. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. The rooms and furnishings were perfect. My kids (aged 6 and 7) loved their room with all the kid toys. This house is perfectly equipped for families. Spending time there was a...
