"The set up of the facility is cool, the rooms are detached bungalows with an outdoor kitchenette. The grounds are beautiful. The 2 pools are very small. The staff was nice, but did not speak any English, just Spanish (FYI). We did not eat at the restaurant, instead choosing to go to Puerto Viejo, just because we liked the town. "El servicio es definitivamente lo mejor que tiene este hotel. Sus propietarios hacen que su lema "Ingrese como huesped y salga como amigo" se vuelva una realidad y sea muy sencillo de lograrlo! Las instalaciones son pequeñas pero muy acogedoras. Un inconveniente con la puerta de la habitación fue resuelta a la brevedad y de la mejor manera.
