The carpark had rubbish all around it. The Treadmill in the gym needs upgrading and doesn’t work and does not meet health and safety conditions.

Great location - easy access to airport, on site parking and next to Dunwoody bar/restaurant. Staff very pleasant but my room, while clean, needed upgrading. Found AC difficult to control and bathroom with shower over the bath difficult and dangerous for an older guest - adding a safety rail would be a cheap and easy improvement.

Late check in was smooth. Guest next door was smoking though and had a speaker going at midnight. Complained to the night manager Russell who knocked on their door and shut it down. Property is dated with mold on the toilet ceiling and cracked tiles etc. The staff was friendly though and the daily servicing was great. The only negative was the property area was a bit dicey with stragglers around the servo and the bottle shop next door. Used bottles and cans strewn around. Overall, it was fine

Checked in late and staff member went to great lengths to tell me how the website was so out of date. e.g. This was no longer the case 'Guests can purchase a selection of non-alcoholic beverages, drinks featured on the Palms Cocktail Bar’s beverage list and snacks – including chips and chocolates – at any time from Reception during their stay.' and this was not the case any more 'Guests staying with us can order room service from Palms Restaurant during their stay.' maybe they can before 8.30pm, good luck if you arrive any later. Can't be too hard to keep website up-to-date. Better than being accused of false advertising. Showen screen had been broken and taken away with no curtain or anything in its place, so water went everywhere. Breakfast was okay.
