This was my first stay by myself and it has been nothing short of incredible. All staff are so friendly and the spa facilities are easily a 10/10. The pool area is so beautiful and it is only a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff here are great. They really made the stay worthwhile. The only negative was there's no glass doors on the back of the unit. If anyone was talking in the cafe, the sound carried straight into our room which was right next to the cafe.

Staff were great, pools were lovely but not heated . There was no spa. Happy hour was good . There was no cafe . Overall very happy and would return again. Shops were 10 minutes walk .

The property and staff were amazing even helping us get to the airport on time when our Uber and subsequent taxi did not arrive on time. However, we stayed in room 19. These rooms are owned by individuals and this particular room had a bed from hell. It was more comfortable sleeping on the floor and that was with 3 mattress toppers. The couch was the same. Couldn't sit on it for more than 5 min without getting a sore bottom. We would love to stay again but only if we were guaranteed we would stay in room 19.

Matt and the team were excellent and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and the resort has a quiet and relaxed vibe. It doesn’t suffer from the weather off the cove which makes it ideal when the winds are high. Lovely resort with everything you need including a Balinese style spa.

We had such a lovely stay at Mango Lagoon resort, the perfect relaxing holiday with friends. Staff were all so friendly and went above and beyond to help out. Our apartment was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed swimming in the different pools. Location was great with easy back access to esplanade made trips to the beach much quicker.

The property gardens are lovely, as is the pool. I stayed in the budget room as I was traveling solo. It was clean and comfortable enough, but only has a mini fridge and microwave. Staff was very courteous and easy to book excursions. Palm Cove is an amazing little town with a lovely beach and good restaurants, only 10 min walk. Located 35 min from airport and Cairns CBD. I took the bus to go in to the city (1hour). I would definitely stay at this property again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mango Lagoon and would highly recommend! Beautiful, well maintained pools which are lit up at night, with multiple sun lounging areas. Very helpful and friendly staff who are happy to give advice about activities to do during the stay. Brilliant happy hour with delicious cocktails. No food available, but with it being so close to other restaurants and shops we didn’t find this an issue. There is a also a well maintained bbq which we didn’t get round to using but would be a good option. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach which has many restaurants and bars. Bus stop which goes directly to Cairns less than a 5 minute walk. Room was simple, but very clean and had everything we needed- very good value for the price we paid. Overall couldn’t recommend this stay enough!

We had good stay at Mango lagoon for 6 days. Good property with ample of car parking large pools for kids and adults. Dated furniture inside the property but clean property. During the night time the pool side lights were on throughout our stay.
