The Villas was a lovely place. Staff very helpful. The only con was it was a long way to go to restaurants. The walk would be ok for young to medium aged people but a bit too far for older people.

Kevin the property manager is very friendly and helpful. The villa is a bit old, though Kevin did excuse at check-in for the run down floor and was helpful when the sink clogged. Palm Cove is a beautiful place to stay.

Great place for a holiday. Apartments are good size, kids love the pool. It’s about 10 min walk to the beach, very quiet. Be aware to bring your own toilet paper and dishwashing tabs. Otherwise they will charge you !

Our own private pool, fully equipped kitchen, nice linen. Bathrooms do need more places to put things though. A hanger in the shower would help and a all shelf for toiletries etc.

Choose carefully

Pleasant stay at The Villas, large and spacious and spotlessly clean, private pool was larger than I had expected. Lovely quiet main pool. As the Villas are privately owned the decor and standards vary enormously, we had to move villas during our stay, the first villa had a very dated kitchen, appliances and bathrooms although the furniture was new. The second had obviously had a recent refurb so it’s a bit pot luck. As th Villas are located at the back of Palm Cove bordering the Captain Cook Highway some villas can be noisy.

Lovely week in a villa with our own private pool. There was also a bigger pool on the complex for those ‘keener’ swimmers. Villa had all the amenities of a home from home. Well positioned about 15 minutes walk from the sea front and main amenities of Palm Cove. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Lovely villa in nice surroundings

Nice villa within walking distance to the Palm Cove esplanade. Well equipped and nicely furnished. A private pool in the back was an excellent addition due to social distancing rules at the time. Private and quiet surroundings. Would definitely recommend.

I was insulted .. no host on arrival .. waited half an hour before he appeared ... when I expressed disappointment re the above he released me from liability ... but then I asked to see the villa as it was too late in day .. he refused me access ... it took me 3 hours to find any place that night ... hotels.com did zero to help .. I held on for 45 minutes on phone to hotels.com , at least talking to 3 different call centres having been disconnected each time ... the Villas and host along with hotels.com is crapp ... rating zero out of 10 .. I will never use hotels.com again
