Good location, good view, great price
"Cozy hilltop home, nice view of the Ohio River and downtown Marietta in the winter with no leaves. The drive is steep but paved so choose an appropriate vehicle, but it’s a great place with more than enough room for 6 adults and a short drive (5-8 minutes tops) from downtown"

"Perfect place for two. Close to everything. The Market has really good subs. Being on main roads and an older building, you do hear traffic and people outside and can hear people walking above you, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Apartment was clean and linens were soft.
