Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
We booked on line through Expedia 2 days in advanced and got the confirmation of my booking. Buy the time we arrived there, the staff at the hotel said that not reservation were made, then I showed them the confirmation email and they blamed Expedia. I asked to speak with the manager , but he never provide with a solution to our situation , the worst thing was that in orden to get rid of us , the lady from the reception sent us to another hotel/hostel that didn’t exist, apparently she had a frien there and he could’ve accomodate us.... full of lies .... terrible experience ever!... DONT BOOK THIS HOSTEL!!!!!
