"We loved this villa. The location superb right on the bay with amazing views and direct access to the sea. Big pool - pool and gardens kept very clean. Tiny kitchen but plenty of fridge/freezer space and well stocked with most things. Plenty of glasses (previous review had said not). Washing machine and dryer useful. Plenty of towels included. Very nice air conditioned bedrooms and the bottom bedroom with patio doors onto the pool was perfect for my partner who wanted to keep out of the sun but...

"The villa was in the perfect area, very nice internally, outdoor space around pool nothing like picture, needs a good clean and tidy up. Kettle had seen better days covered in limescale, TV antiquated, no maid service provided to change bedding even though we were there for 10 days, very overpriced compared to other villas I have stayed at in Majorca, other than that we had a lovely holiday and would definatley go back if these things were attended to."

"I stayed here with the extended family. Our favorite part of the house was the terrace/living room overlooking the bay, lovely views. Bedrooms had good AC, nice bathrooms. Dishwasher was new and working, kitchen/fridge is a bit small for 12, but there are plenty of restaurants/ grocery stores nearby. Yes, it’s an older building, privately owned, and the presentation reflects these facts but I think that gives it a personal feel, less like a soulless, bland collection of rooms and more like a comfortable home. My only comment is the bbq area is not a very social space which we did not use as much as hoped, dark as under large trees with no lighting, bbq needs to be moved nearer the pool and villa"

"Property was what we hoped for and more. Everything that you need for a self sufficient stay. Loads of restaurants around the marina which is minutes away and a short walk into Cala dor, you really couldn’t ask for a better location. The local beach is also minutes away as well. "We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Binimelis, travelling as a nine person family ranging from 10 months to 62 years. Plenty of room space, and very well equipped.
