"8 of us stayed at the Villa Roca Nova 28 May to 4 June 2023. As advertised the villa is perfectly situated in the resort of Cala D'Or for beaches and shops - just 10 minutes walk to either. However: 1. The literature is misleading in that two of the bedrooms are separated from the main villa by individual entrances. "Fabulous time at this beautiful villa which worked perfectly for our family - 6 adults, one toddler and a baby. It was well equipped and the welcome pack was well received, as due to delays we arrived quite late. The marina is very close with lovely restaurants, some are quite expensive. "I stayed here with the extended family. Our favorite part of the house was the terrace/living room overlooking the bay, lovely views. Bedrooms had good AC, nice bathrooms. Dishwasher was new and working, kitchen/fridge is a bit small for 12, but there are plenty of restaurants/ grocery stores nearby. We are a bit concerned about a single parking spot, but parking was a not a problem. Few things bring it down to 4 stars: 1) beach water quality varied with the wind direction, more than half the...

"Lovely villa in a great location, convenient for shops, bars and beaches. Well organised check in/out, very accommodating and helpful. My only comment is the bbq area is not a very social space which we did not use as much as hoped, dark as under large trees with no lighting, bbq needs to be moved nearer the pool and villa"

Good apartment, great location

"A great location, and loved the room with the extra terrace space. The pool area was great and the food at the bar area was always delicious. All the staff were lovely and friendly, and when we had a small issue with our door lock they fixed it straight away. We also had a major delay on our flight, and when we arrived they let us go straight to our rooms to rest and let us come back later for all the other formalities. I have only scored it down as the bathroom did smell of drains and had mould in areas. Other than this, was a great hotel."
