"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and spacious rooms - we had the Junior Ground Floor suite which had a lovely sized balcony. It was great that we had a fridge as well. Food was delicious and lots of variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Very nice little hotel. Beds comfortable. Air con worked well and quiet. Double glazing on patio blocked sound from outside. Very clean everywhere. Location for beach fantastic. Pool area nice enough but we spent most of the time down the beach. Not the biggest selection for food but good enough and normally a speciality feature every night. My favourite was the pasta Parmesan. Lovely chocolate sauce for the churros in the morning too! Staff really nice and friendly, special shout out to Raquel...

"Lovely hotel. Wonderful friendly service. Great pool. My only small complaint is the water at the table. During breakfast one could use the water fountain to fill a glass of water. During dinner they always blocked the water fountain off and you had to pay for bottled water. I don't mind paying for a Jug of water but there is a water fountain, so why then bottled water that has to be brought in on diesel trucks?"

"Excellent hotel situated across the road from the lovely Son Mol Beach. Quiet though central location. Impressive hotel room and high end bathroom. We booked half board and the standard of food is very high indeed. Only criticisms in relation to our stay would be that the pool which is such a feature of the Hotel, was not heated (early Nov) though we prefer sea swimming (which was warmer), bottled water was not provided free of charge in the room and we were expected to pay for Nespresso...
