"We absolutely loved or stay at this hotel! We had a really bad travel day to Sicily and the staff was super welcoming & even upgraded our room which was such a nice little pick me up. The suite was incredible and we had an amazing view of the bay & pool area. Room service & food options were top tier. We could easily walk to access the cable car to take us to the top of Taormina where all the liveliness is. The grounds & pool area were also so amazing as well as the service! We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Italy!"

Only complaint is the bus tours, they all decend on the restaurant at once overwhelming the staff and other guests. May be better if they seperates them from the non bus tour guests and had seperate dinner/bfast times. "
