Hotsprings uma experiência incrível
Caldas novas é uma cidade maravilhosa e ficar hospedado no Hotsprings proporcionou uma experiência incrível. Localizada no centro , piscinas termais muito limpas e com temperatura ótima, equipe prestativa, café farto e delicioso, quarto amplo, confortável com banheira. O Hotel possui uma ocupação grande e pode ocasionar um pouco de espera no elevador em alguns horários de pico e alguma fila no café mas que flui muito bem. Uma dica é escolher um andar baixo para quem não tem mobilidade reduzida e utilizar as escadas.

Hotel mediano.
Quarto em boas condicões. Porem hotel é bastante fraco em atuações para crianças. Simplesmente a única piscina infantil do hotel não possui brinquedo nenhum e a água é fria. Nenhuma piscina em que um adulto pode focar em pé direito dentro da agua. Opções com água sempre na altura da cintura. Café da manhã mediano. Não recomendo para diversão em família. Maior parte dos hóspedes são idosos. Fiquei por 4 dias e sempre tinha algum elevador com defeito dificultando muito a agilidade do acesso aos quartos. O ponto mais positivo foi o quarto que é de boa qualidade.

Fiquei surpreso com o apartamento, muito bom, confortavel. Os problemas foi a energia que ficava dando picos, acabando e voltando. Quando fomos a noite comer, nao havia mesa pois havia pessoas assistindo futebol nas mesas. E o jotel estava lotado de idoso, julgo capacidade acima de uma boa qualidade de atendimento.

A limpeza tinha que ser solicitada das 08:00 as 09:00. O banheiro tinha um odor forte.. Ao entrar no hotel tinha seguranças que ficavam de olho nas sacolas para ver se tinha bebida ou comida, achei super constrangedor… As luzes dos corredores não funcionava sempre.
