Spent the night to catch flight out the next day. Was not interested in water park which is probably why most people were there. Not much else around the hotel.

A estrutura do hotel em geral nao estava legal...quarto com conforto ruim. Cama, cômodos, móveis ruins, micro-ondas nao esquenta, chuveiro frio, ar condicionado n funcionando, cheiro de mofo. Pia de banheiro entupida. Piscinas estav ok, funcionando bem e com a limpeza boa. Mas a dormida péssima.

Nao condiz com preço, muito cheio e os elevadores sao antigos e muito demorados, lençois e cobertores super velhos e furados, comida nao é gostosa e ainda é caro, cafe da manhã é ok, mas um dia nao teve NENHUMA fruta. Dependendo do lado do quarto o barulho a noite é insuportável!

Tive problemas no inicio da minha estadia, sempre escolho a Hoteis.com devido a praticidade e agilidade ja que faço minhas viagens mais curta, com isso não posso perder tempo. Não foi o que aconteceu dessa vez, ficamos esperando mais de 2hs para resolver um problema, sendo que era somente por uma falta de comunicação do hoteis.com com o hotel. Queria cobrar a diária de um dos nossos familiares, sendo que estava tudo pago, foi bastante estressante.

Hotel de quinta categoria, horrível
Para mim foi o pior hotel que já fiquei. Esse hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente. O sofá cama estava quebrado Os moveis velhos O ar condicionado é daqueles beem antigos, barulhento e sem controle. O apartamento é minúsculo. Os banheiros proximos das piscinas com as portas estragadas. Foi horrível. No sábado as 9:30 fiquei 16 minutos esperando o elevador, os elevadores são minúsculos nao suportam a demanda. Sem falar no cafe da manha que faltou mesa para suprir a quantidade de hospedes. Experiência horrível, não indico e nao voltarei.

A propriedade tem uma excelente estrutura, porém o atendimento dos funcionários do restaurante deixa muito a desejar, não são cordiais, não têm paciência de explicar sobre os pratos, os drinks apesar de caros são servidos em copos descartáveis sem nenhuma decoração. Sobre o quarto: Não possui secador de cabelos, regulagem de temperatura de água no chuveiro, lixeira para lixo comum e o ar condicionado é bem antigo e não resfria o ambiente, as piscinas sempre em temperaturas extremamente altas, impossíveis de entrar, causando excesso de pessoas dentro das que estão com temperaturas suportáveis (sempre 2 ou 3 piscinas vazias, sem condições de uso). A estadia foi tranquila, excelente localização, vale a pena o custo/benefício, principalmente pelo acesso aos parques, vale a pena investir em treinamento dos funcionários e realizar alguns reparos para que o atendimento faça jus a estrutura.

Estadia muito boa , a localização é boa , o serviços no hotel são bons. A internet é ruim , mas na cidade parece não funcionar bem. O hotel precisa reforçar o monitoramento na piscina infantil.
