Excellent service and very clean. The only downside is how the room numbers were setup. They don’t match the floor you’re in. Other than that everything g was great! Great breakfast and dinner.

Lovely trip with a bad ending
We had a great time but left with a wicked stomach bug. Both my kids had to go to the hospital and get an IV. Perhaps they should monitor and request that families with sick children isolate as to avoid contamination and have their staff serve the food instead of buffet style, where everyone is talking and sneezing on top of the food. Thank you

Excelente hospedagem! Café da manhã incrível com várias opções. Jantar, que também está incluso, muito saboroso e com boa variedade. Melhor parte são os funcionários... Muito atenciosos e prestativos. Recomendo pra qualquer casal ou família buscando um hotel com bom custo benefício e que dê acesso ao parque das águas e ao hot park. Adoramos!

Rio Quente é um espetáculo!
Fiz a reserva do hotel na véspera da viagem e não consegui ficar nos hotéis dentro do complexo. O Giardino e o Luppi fazem parte, nas suas diárias estão inclusas as entradas dos parques (Hot Park e Fontes), mas não estão localizados dentro do complexo (os hóspedes contam com os ônibus gratuitos do Hot Park que passam de 20/20min de porta a porta). O Hotel Giardino tem inspiração italiana e tem áreas muito bonitas e outras que precisam de manutenção, nada que desabone, só poderia ser mais bonito e charmoso. O ponto alto do hotel são as pessoas, com destaque especial ao William da recepção que além de ótimo profissional, foi extremamente gentil e hábil para nos receber bem e cuidar da nossa estadia. Gostamos muito do café da manhã e do jantar (bem melhor do que almoço, pois aproveitamos o dia no Hot e depois do jantar voltávamos para o Fontes). Nos hospedamos em uma suíte de dois quartos, com bom espaço, cama, lençóis e toalhas confortáveis e excelente limpeza. Reserve com mais antecedência para aumentar o custo benefício (isso vale para todos os hotéis do complexo).
