"The hotel stay was very convenient on my way to Bolzano only less than an hour. It was an excellent choice and easy reach from the A22 Motorway. I ran to the hotel first to check that my French Bulldog companion was also welcomed to stay, so no surprises there just a friendly lady welcomed us both, great! The gentleman in hotel was very helpful and kind. We had a lovely walk with my dog down to the lake too. The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay only minus on my point of view...

"Hôtel très bien placé et agréable. Notre chambre était classique. Problème avec la chasse d’eau du wc qui a coulé toute la nuit. A la fin nous avons du bloquer le problème nous meme. Presque aucune pression et haut chaude dans la douche. Heureusement que c’était l’été. Un conseil informer la réception si vous souhaiter partir très tôt le matin car personne n’est là et toutes les portes sont fermées. Dernier point négatif on nous a demandé 5€ de taxe de séjour contre 3€. "

"Having stayed at 5* hotels previously on skiing trips we weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. Buffet breakfast was varied and included - hot section. Spa was good - again better than expected for the class of hotel, but then they did charge €12 for entry so I would expect a but better - only issuing you with one towel meant that if you'd had a sauna you had nothing to dry yourself later with! And the jacuzzi was pool temperature so you could only spend ten minutes in it rather...
