"The staff and location were fantastic, however the property and rooms are quite dated and the rooms were not very clean, especially the floors (this is in part because they don’t vacuum which for noise is fantastic but there were lots of hairs on the floor when we arrived). I would not class this as 4 star. The food was not to our taste either but this can be rather subjective. Regardless we had a pleasant stay and the staff really were delightful. "

"Hemos pasado 4 días en este apartamento, muy cerca de Ciutadella, en una zona silenciosa y tranquila. La casa esta bien equipada con todo lo necesario. El propietario ha estado muy pendiente de todo, y a disposición por si necesitábamos algo. Y además nos permitió hacer el checkin antes, con lo que todo ha estado genial! Para la próxima, lo tendremos en cuenta!!! Una estancia muy recomendable! Gracias por todo!! :)"

"Great staff, always ready to help, give advice, directions anything needed just ask reception staff(extra towels etc:) great food and drinks at/in bar, staff friendly. Lovely pool (also separate infant pool) great for all ages, always sun loungers available. This is a great place to relax, suitable for all ages. There are plenty of restaurants all round and if you want entertainment, music, shows, kids entertainment, etc just round corner there’s Jimmy Hills."

"Properties are large and spacious we went fully inclusive but there is supermarket on site and shops and restaurants 3 minute walk away.....SKy tv we got free WiFi......the staff are great and the bar staff are lovely......we enjoyed are stay here and would recommend this to anyone"

"This hotel is good for a young family (maybe not so much with teenage kids). Very pleasant staff, nice pool close to all rooms. We did'nt do all inclusive so I can't comment on that. Lots of activities to keep kids and adults happy. Very small beach very close by. All in all a nice hotel to stay in. As for the resort, there is not a nice harbour or port to wander around in the evening, though if you like doing that, but there are a few nice restaurants and bars nearby on the local road.
