The customer service at Furama is good, however we paid more for what the price of their members was offered when they booked directly with Furama to receive a smaller room with no view and the first room we have the carpet is still wet from cleaning even though we had allowed them the extra time to check in (after 2pm). They were quick to come and transferred us to a new room, but the view did not get any better. Thought the cash back (through expedia app) was good, but we actually ended up paying more (after cash back) than what their members paid. Overall, we had a good experience but it can be better (with the view and priority check in if we have to pay more than a member price).

The hotel room was small but clean. I liked that it was not modern and had character. It was surprisingly quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very central and I would stay here again.

Accessibility to train and tram. Close to tourist attractions and dining options. Pleasant staff.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and polite. A kind woman at reception tried to organise for a light over our bathroom mirro to be fixed, but it still hadn't been by the time we left, despite us reminding reception twice.

Great location the staff were always very helpful..we arrived early and our room was ready so they let us in...so great after a long travel day...hotel was clean and we enjoyed our breakfast.
