The alarm clock beside the bed did not work. So i woke up and it was near 11am checkout. I jumped in the shower and packed my bags, while i was getting dressed (11:23am) the Manager started banging on my door shouting its passed check out. I opened the door and explained im getting dressed ill be done in a few minutes. He refused to let the door close and entered the room and started shouting threats that i cannot walk away from him and im past checkout. Mind you im half naked at this moment so i turned and yelled at him to close the door and let me get dressed. His response was "you dont know me" - i dont care what bad day this man was having, this is beyond despicable and predatory actions. All i could think is if my wife was alone in the room and this man entered aggressive like this. The manager refused to provide his name, so the best i can do is describe as the african man who as at the front desk. Im contacting ownership regarding this. I really hope the hallway camera caught it all so they can see for themselves this absolutely unprofessional and predatory behavior

The check-in staff was great, not so much the check-out staff. I did have an issue with my first room, it smelled like sewage. My second room smelled much better. Both TV's didn't work and in the morning the hair dryer caught on fire. When I mentioned the tv issue and the hair dryer to the desk ckerk said thanks and have a nice day.

There was really loud banging from the hvac or plumbing in the walls throughout the night. Kept waking our famiky up. Usually this hotel is fine, so I had talked to the front desk after midnight and again later on. No discount was offered, which I was a bit dissapointed in. I had a terrible sleep.

We stayed here 4 times and really like this hotel. Unfortunately the last stay we were to check out on Monday early and the breakfast was not up to its usual standard.

When we asked for extra pillows because the ones in the room were so worn, front desk staff told us ‘sorry, housekeeping had gone home’? They reluctantly found us pillows and brought them to the room without pillow cases. When we asked for pillow case, we were again given the same reluctance. Parts of the breakfast were okay, but there was no butter or margarine for the toast and only powdered coffee creamer.

Good location. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable; only quibble - carpet and some of the furniture was pretty dated. Bathroom might have had some upgrades - seemed a bit better than entry area. Better-than-average breakfast came with room. Would return for another stay.
