Previously stayed here and had problems with room allocation…. Poor condition of rooms, patio doors not secure despite maintenance attending ….. As we were only visiting LV to see shows at the Westgate we chose to stay here again … I emailed property before arriving to explain my concerns in previous stays and that I hope this did not re occur as we would be arriving late evening from UK…
We booked re furnished premium room , on arriving I was told this was the room we had but again it was a basic room with very worn dates furniture ….. We were told that as we booked through 3rd party it is only a request and it is allocated in first come first allocatws basis…
We did eventually get our chosen room the following day and could not fault it….
After a long flight from UK this was not the check in experience we wanted

Property and guest experience was average, yet expected. I thought it was a little ridiculous to have to pay for a $30 upgrade for a mini fridge. All in all fine property and very walkable.

"Really fun place to take kids. Room needed some touch ups (peeling wallpaper, leaky tub faucet and toilet flushed weird) but it met our needs. Parking and check in was fast and easy. Lots of things to do in the hotel/casino area for the whole family."

"We like the view from our window but it was very loud from outside. Window soundproof wasn’t very good. I also saw there was a stain on the headboard of one of the bed and a bit of blood stain on one of the blanket. The washroom door frame wall was a bit peeled"
