The Bastide located on a plot of 5600 m2 is made up of two semi-detached villas completely independent of each other:

The one for rent located on the west coast (110 m2 of living space) has its private swimming pool and the entire space on the west side, approximately 2000 m2, is completely independent.

The private infinity pool and its surroundings are a favorite.

The outdoor dining area is really pleasant for holidays in the south of France surrounded by olive trees, oaks, fig trees, rosemary and lavender.

Its bowling green, its ping-pong area.

This charming home is
air-conditioned for the parts (living room; kitchen/dining room; and the mezzanine bedroom).

It is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor lounge where only the singing of birds could disturb you. swimming pool under alarm.

A lovely getaway
We had a lovely time here. The house was clean and although we had temperatures of over 39C, the house was cool once the fans were on, and the pool was superb! Would thoroughly recommend!

Wonderful Holiday
We had a great holiday. The house is beautifully situated in the countryside. The pool is a dream. Everything was very clean and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The nearest bakery is about 5 minutes away by car and nothing stands in the way of a breakfast of delicious croissants and baguettes. Christine and Bruno are very nice hosts and always helpful. Le paradis!
2ème fois que nous venons dans cette maison et c’est toujours le paradis! Endroit super calme, sans voisins ou vis-à-vis avec une vue magnifique. La maison est super bien, très propre, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Bruno et Christine sont des gens adorables et très accueillants. La piscine à débordement, les terrasses, le terrain de pétanque… le rêve, pas envie de partir d’ici!

Wonderful holiday lokation in a calm area next to lovely village.
We had a wonderful holiday at the House of Bruno. The kids loved the pool and the surrounded garden. The day started with having breakfast in the light sun with view over the village. In the evening we had dinner under the olive trees with little laterns between it. Sometimes you think you are in a picture because it' so nice. The kitchen includes every thing you need and the beds are cosy. We will come again if we could.

Des jours merveilleux à Callas
Christine et Bruno sont des hôtes charmants qui s'occupent de tout avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Malheureusement, il faisait encore trop froid pour profiter de la piscine, mais rien que le doux clapotis était très relaxant. Dans la maison, on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, de la balayette aux produits de nettoyage, et suffisamment de porcelaine, de verres et de couverts. Comme la maison est un peu éloignée des routes principales, elle est très calme. On n'entend que les oiseaux, les grillons, de temps en temps les aboiements des chiens - très agréable.

Beautiful and comfortable bastille with a view!
Enjoyed our family stay at Bruno and Christine’s beautiful Bastide. Great pool with wonderfully terrace, lovely views of the picturesque village of Callas and all comforts available in the house. Very friendly hosts that reply quickly to any question asked. Lovely situated near the village with bakery, restaurants and close enough to St Maxime and St Tropez to make for mondaine daytrips. The olive trees in the garden are beautiful and dining outside gives you a wonderful south-of-France feeling of Mediterranean living.

Une villa correspondant exactement à l annonce. Bruno et sa compagne super accueillant et aux petits soins avec nous. Une villa parfaite pour visiter l arrière pays varois. Un endroit parfait pour se reposer au calme, se baigner dans une superbe piscine à débordement avec la vue sur le village de Callas et dégagée,jouer aux boules en famille et faire un ping-pong. Wunderbares Anwesen mit viel Charme
Ein schönes Haus mit guter Aufteilung für eine Familie mit Teenagern. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt und darüber hinaus. Vor allem der Pool und der Außenbereich sind in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool ist großartig und hat eine ideale Größe zum Schwimmen und Spaß haben. Das ganze Grundstück ist toll angelegt und bietet viele schattige Plätze zum Sitzen mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die gegenüberliegenden Hänge und den Ort Callas. Wer Ruhe, Natur, Weitblick und provenzalischen Charme sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Bruno und seine Frau sind sehr angenehme und sympathische Vermieter. Wir waren sehr gerne ihre Gäste!

Sehr schönes Haus und freundliche Gastgeber
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Bruno sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, sogar Spülmaschinentabs und Waschpulver. Im Kühlschrank haben ein paar Getränke auf uns gewartet, auch eine schöne Flasche Wein. Alles hat funktioniert, nur die Spülmaschine hat ab und zu gesponnen und das Geschirr nicht ganz saubergemacht. Das war aber das Einzige, was nicht optimal war. Die Betten waren bequem, wir konnten dort sehr gut schlafen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Blick vom Haus aufs Dorf Callas ist herrlich und besonders stimmungsvoll abends, wenn die Lichter leuchten. Der Pool mit der gemütlichen Sofaecke ist einfach nur genial. Im hübschen Dorf Callas (zu Fuß etwa fünfzehn Minuten entfernt) gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei mit großartigem Baguette (unbedingt auch die Tarte au citron probieren) sowie ein paar Restaurants und Bars, in der näheren Umgebung sind einige Weingüter, bei denen man leckeren Rosé kaufen kann. Ein kleiner Laden für das Nötigste ist im Dorf, für größere Einkäufe fährt man am besten nach Draguignan oder Le Muy. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir würden am liebsten sofort wieder hinfahren.

Überaus freundliche, herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber.
Äusserst schönes, gepflegtes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Der Pool und seine terrassierte Umgebung sind neu angelegt , eine wunderschön gestaltete, gepflegte und saubere Anlage inmitten von Olivenbäumen und Weinreben. Die Ruhe, die schöne Aussicht auf den gegenüberliegenden Ort Callas, der gepflegte Garten lassen uns dieses Feriendomizil wirklich empfehlen. Es entspricht der Inserat- Beschreibung vollumfänglich.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille avec deux enfants de 7 et 12 ans. Maison géniale, super bien entretenue, hyper bien pensée pour une location de vacances. Rien ne manquait. Situation idéale, très calme, pas de voisins, pas de vis-à-vis, belle vue dégagée, le rêve absolu 😎 La piscine est magnifique et le proprio super sympa… bref, même en cherchant bien, aucun point négatif 🤷🏼‍♀️

Tolles Ferienhaus in wunderschönen Umgebung
Das gemütliche Ferienhaus ist komfortabel ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Anzeige des Vermieters hält absolut was sie verspricht. Der Pool liegt idyllisch mit Blick auf Callas. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die Cote da' Azur, zahlreiche Seen oder an d. Georges du Veron bzw. Lavendelfelder. Bruno und seine Frau sind sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Wat een pareltje!!
Een heerlijk huis met goede bedden, goede keuken, prachtig gelegen uitkijkend over het middeleeuwse Callas. Perfect ( niet verwarmd) zwembad! Vriendelijke eigenaren, wonen ook op het perceel maar zijn op de achtergrond aanwezig indien nodig (afwasmachine kapot: direct vervangen). VSaint Tropez, gorge du verdon vlakbij, prachtige wandelomgeving, kortom een heerlijke week vakantie gehad!

We had a lovely week. Bruno and his wife are very gentle. The pool is lovely and there is lot of space around. The bathroom is nice and big and has a good shower!. Comfortable beds. Various places to sit outside in the sun or shade. We made a wonderful hike in the Gorges du Verdon and have visited villages in the neighbourhood and at the coast.

Ecrin de verdure dans la prove,ce verte !
Maison correspondant à l'annonce et hôtes très sympa. Concernant la location, 2 petits bémols quand même sachant que ce ne sont que des détails : - l'éclairage de la cuisine et de la SàM sont trop faibles et, en particuliers la cuisine à qui il faudrait une simple ampoule 100 W - le montant des frais de ménage est, de notre point de vue, élevé pour un coup de balais et de serpillière + un lavage du linge de maison : 30 à 40 € max. nous semblent être le bon compromis. Quoi qu'il en soit, ce fut un excellent séjour et un endroit que nous recommandons sans aucun souci.

Logement très agréable et propre,
Très beau logement bien refait et atypique. Étant venus en octobre nous n'avons pas pu en profiter dans les conditions optimales mais j'imagine qu'en été il doit être génial. Exposé sur le versant nord d'une Coline il manque un peu de lumière à l'automne (mais l'été ça doit être idéal) et comme le précise le propriétaire, les escaliers risquent de rendre compliqué le séjour avec de très jeunes enfants, ce sera tout pour les petits défaut. La maison est très bien équipé et le niveau de propreté est exceptionnel! Le poêle à bois chauffe facilement toute le logis, ce qui était très agréable pour les soirées fraîches. La maison du propriétaire est juste à côté, mais chacun a son entrée et on se sent vraiment chez soi. L'acceuil par le fils du propriétaire était très sympa au même titre que les quelques contact avec Bruno qui est vraiment très gentil et à l'écoute des besoins. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci beaucoup.
