Authentic French Summer Vacation

We were traveling with our six year old on her birthday and came across this property. We were looking in downtown Calvi but were attracted to this property given the proximity to the beach, the pool and water slide and the 2bd/ 2ba accommodations. Overall we had an amazing stay! The beach is incredible. It was also cool to be the only Americans on the property. This was a little hard on our daughter as she couldn’t really make friends but overall she didn’t mind when she went on the water slide about 100 times. Things to note. You have to bring everything down to your hand soap to pool towels. The nice thing is that the store on the property is very reasonably priced and has everything you would need. We would return!

Une nuit en roulotte. Infestée de moustiques. Les roulottes sont les unes en face des autres( pas d’intimité). Une literie très dure et peu confortable. Une couette sans housse de protection, juste un drap plat posé sur le lit. Un restaurant très agréable et bon.

Toller Campingplatz mit vielen unterschiedlichen Mobile Homes. Der Whirlpool hat starke Düsen - perfekt nach dem Wandern. Man kann tolle Wanderungen und Spaziergänge vor Ort beginnen. Der Strand ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Calvi erreicht man am Strand in ca. 20 Minuten. Das Restaurant auf dem Campingplatz ist sehr lecker - tolle Pizzen und andere Speisen! Einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag: bequemere Stühle mit Armlehnen auf der Terrasse und 1-2 Liegen pro Terrasse. Die Terrassen sind schön groß. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Mobil Home Davia an sich ist gut, aber günstig ausgestattet. Der weinöffner beispielsweise fällt auseinander insofern man damit eine Weinflasche öffnen will. Außerdem haben uns bei der Ankunft Ameisen begrüßt, welche auch während des Aufenthalts unsere Gäste waren. Und Mücken ohne Ende leider, wir wurden sehr verstochen, was aber vielleicht auch normal ist auf einem Campingplatz. Ansonsten ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Platz ist gut ausgestattet.

Tolle Campinganlage nahe dem Meer

Sehr tolle Anlage. Alle Einrichtungen (Tennis, Schwimmbad, Minigolf........) konnten gratis genutzt werden, da wir in der Nebensaison dort waren. Leider wurden uns die Kosten für den Auftenthalt von der Reception nochmals belastet, obwohl ich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass ich diese direkt schon an ebookers bezahlt habe. Wurde jedoch nach dem Aufenthalt sofort von ebokkers korrigiert. Da wir in der Nebensaison (Mitte Oktober) dort waren, gab es im Restaurant leider keine Pizzas mehr.
